Orders

There is neither a minimum amount of money to spend nor a minimum number of items to purchase in order to be able to place an order.
All measures and weights for individual items shown in the product page of the website are approximate.
Every country in the world is accepted and can be delivered.
In case a product listed on the website is not available it will not be possible to include it in the shopping basket.
Although you can order items without the need of registering with a valid e-mail address, it is always advisable to sign up before the order is made so we can keep a better track of the customer´s information.
Art From Indonesia can reject an order if incorrect or incomplete data has been provided or if any evidence of identity falsification is found.
Special offers can be combined with coupons and the discounts will be added up.

Shipping

Items will be directly shipped by air mail from the warehouse of our european office to ensure a fast delivery.
You will be informed by e-mail at all times of the status of your order until it is received.
As part of our quality control process the goods will be individually inspected before they are sent and the most suitable packing will be chosen depending on the nature of the items to be shipped.
In case the customer receives the merchandise with any kind of damage he can send it back to us within 5 days and the total amount (excluding bank charges) will be refunded. Nevertheless, some evidence must be provided by the customer to prove that the items were not received in a satisfactory condition.
The invoice and if applicable any related customs documentation will be sent by e-mail before the order is shipped. There will also be printed copies together with the merchandise.
Every country has different tax policies and administrative fees regarding imported goods. It is advisable to be informed about the specific regulations of your country to know if there will be any customs charges associated once the merchandise arrives at the destination.

Payment

The price of the products can be shown in different currencies (US dollar, Euro and Australian Dollar) throughout the store.
When you checkout you will be advised about the cheapest rate depending on your destination country. The total price to pay including shipping and handling will be automatically calculated taking into account the weight of the items.
All orders will be payed through Paypal. There is no need to be a registered Paypal member to complete the order as all major credit cards are accepted and there are also other payment methods available. All sensitive information is secured and never revealed to anyone including our own staff.
